The Pilates Junction is an intimate Pilates studio located in Spring Farm offering personalised classes that are safe, effective and tailored to meet individual needs. The Pilates Junction is a place for anyone to come as they organically are, regardless of fitness level. It’s a place to grow as your body learns to exist in ways it has not before.
Natalie, the owner and Principal Instructor is a dedicated and inspiring Pilates educator. Her focus is to spread the joy of movement through The Pilates Method, while keeping any limitations, injuries and safety needs as paramount.
She has had a lifelong passion for health and wellbeing. She has been mentoring women with diverse needs to improve their health, fitness and wellbeing since 2013 and has been instructing Pilates using apparatus in the local Macarthur area since 2015. In 2016, Natalie accepted a position at an elite North Sydney Pilates studio and in 2017 founded The Pilates Junction.
Natalie has a Masters Degree in Teaching from the University of Western Sydney, Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 in Fitness and a Diploma in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology.
Natalie is passionate about her clients reaching their specific goals. She loves to see clients learn more about their body, move more freely, develop strength and be more at one with their mind. Natalie develops safe, engaging, comprehensive and results focused programs which combine contemporary knowledge of physiology, underpinned by the Joseph Pilates method.
